Sensei Mike Culbreth has been teaching Yoshukai Karate in the Wiregrass area for over 42 years through the Department of Leisure Services and his private Dojo. He is an 8th degree black belt with the certification of Master in Yoshukai. Sensei Culbreth has taught generations of families and they keep coming back because they know the benefits of learning from someone with so much experience!

Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise practiced at a slow and even speed. This non-aggressive Martial Art promotes relaxation, straight posture, good balance, internal strength, coordination, and peace of mind. The Tai Chi movements calm a person's emotions and focus the mind, helping to improve bodily functions and prevent aging and disease.
- Class: Tuesday and Thursday (morning) 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
- Fee: $50 per person
