No._________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be nuisances by Resolution Numbers 2017-315 and 2017-332 and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

No._________Accepting a grant award from the State of Alabama Mutual Aid System (AMAS) for the purchase of equipment, training and supply replacement for the Hazardous Materials, Heavy Rescue and Swift Water Rescue Teams in the amount of $21,791.00, and appropriating funds for said grant award.

No._________Entering into an agreement with Neel-Schaffer Inc. to prepare a “Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for Curbs & Sidewalks” for Dothan in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, at a cost of $ 143,948.00; 80% of which is reimbursable through the Southeast Wiregrass Metropolitan Planning Organization, and appropriating funds for said plan.

No._________Amending the Supplemental Agreement with CDG Engineers & Associates, Inc. for professional engineering services for ROW Acquisitions for the Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program (ATRIP) Bridge Replacement on Brookside Drive, Project No. ACBRZ61070-ATRP(008) in accordance with the Agreement for ROW Acquisitions, Brookside Bridge Replacement, for an adjusted amount of $26,679.00.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with Motorola Solutions for a System Update Agreement (SUAII) for the Fire Station Alerting System at a cost of $49,284.00.

No._________Entering into an agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Dothan to continue the Public Housing Drug Elimination Program by providing eight police officers for assignment at the public housing developments for a period of one (1) year at an estimated cost of $679,451.00 with $175,000.00 being reimbursed to the City.

Res. No._________Accepting funding from the United States Secret Service for participation in the U.S. Secret Service Alabama Electronic Crimes Task Force for reimbursement of overtime expenses not to exceed $10,000.00 for fiscal year 2018.
