Public Hearing regarding the abatement and removal of noxious or dangerous weeds.

Res. No._________Approving the Final Change Order with Triple J Construction, LLC for the construction of the 2017 CDBG Sidewalk Project, Lake Street Sidewalk, resulting in a cost increase in the amount of $9,735.10 and a final adjusted cost of $107,895.10.

Res. No._________Approving the Development Agreement between the Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority and The Banyan Foundation, Inc. for The Peaks of Dothan L.P., and appropriating $1,500,000.00 for said project.

Res. No._________Executing the ADEM Notification for Aboveground Storage Tank documents for the two newly installed emergency generator aboveground petroleum storage tanks and the decommissioned aboveground petroleum storage tank located at the Omussee Wastewater Treatment Plant.

No._________Entering into an amendment of the agreement with York Risk Services Group, Inc. to continue to provide claims administration services for the self-insured workers’ compensation program at an approximate yearly cost of $47,700 for a period of one (1) year to commence on October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019, to be extended through FY2020 if both parties are agreed.
