Res. No.__________Approving 2020 and 2021 projects to be funded using $173,387.22 in un-obligated CDBG Entitlement funds from cost under runs or from completed or canceled prior year projects.

Res. No.__________Declaring certain properties which are overgrown with weeds or other vegetative growth as nuisances and injurious to the health, safety, and welfare of the community and ordering that the said properties be abated.

Res. No.__________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be in violation of Article III, Chapter 106 of the City of Dothan Code of Ordinance (repeat offenders) and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

Res. No.__________Awarding the bid and entering into a contract with Aquatic Development Group, Inc. (dba Aquatic Builders LTD) for the installation of replacement wave generation equipment at Water World in the bid amount of $271,800.00.

Res. No.__________Approving Change Order #2 (final) with L and K Contracting Company, Inc. for the 2020 Redwater Watermain Replacement Project B to deduct $45,228.00, resulting in a final contract price of $783,459.00.

Res. No.__________Entering into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Duncor Development, Inc. for the purchase of parcels adjacent to James Oates Park, being approximately 11.57 acres, with all appurtenances, as is, for the price of $70,000.00 plus a donated value of $50,000.00.
