Check out these photos of the new Power Transformer being set at the City's new Carroll Street Substation! Power Transformers are the heart of the substation in that they enable the high voltage conversions needed to power surrounding homes and businesses. The Carroll Street Substation will be replacing the Park Street Substation, which was undersized.
