How do I remove speed humps on my street?
The person making the request must reside on the petitioned street and it has been at least two years since the initial speed hump installation. The city will provide a petition for the citizen who must circulate it within the same area used for the initial speed hump installation. The citizen must get 75% of the residents to agree traffic calming is no longer supported by the neighborhood (including corner lots). Only one adult signature per property and all signatures are final. Ninety days is provided for this step to be completed.

Once completed, please make a copy before you send it to the address on the petition form. Staff will then review and verify the petition.
