Pay / View Utility Bill Online
In order to provide better service to the citizens of Dothan, it is necessary for maintenance to be completed to the City of Dothan online utility payment system. To achieve this task, it is essential that the online payment system (MyUsage) for utility payments to be out of service Saturday, September 25, 2021 between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our citizens during this time. If the maintenance is completed sooner than scheduled, MyUsage will be made available to use.
Please be sure to use the OFFICIAL WEBSITE of the City of Dothan when making online payments. Online payments made through another vendor, such as DOXO, may not be remitted to the City of Dothan (Dothan Utilities) immediately. You will not receive credit on your account until the funds are received by the City of Dothan (Dothan Utilities).

One Time Payment
This option allows the user to make a payment without registering an account. The Dothan Utilities account number is required.
Dothan Utilities has changed payment processors and is now taking One-Time payments through MyUsage.
To Register Your Dothan Utilities Account:
This option a llows the user to create a profile for a Dothan Utilities account. Customers will have capability to view bills, set up account alerts, manage auto payment and make payments. Please have your Dothan Utility bill handy when creating the profile.

Internet payments do not automatically remove delinquent accounts from cutoff.
If your account has been scheduled for disconnection of service either for nonpayment or for a returned item and you make an Internet payment to pay your balance, it remains your responsibility to notify the Dothan Utilities Office at (334) 615-4100, option 3 to prevent disconnection of your service.
Payments made after 2:00 pm will be applied the following business day.
