Res. No._________Awarding the bid, entering into a contract, and issuing a Notice of Award, a Notice to Proceed, and other associated contract documents to Tank Pro, Inc. for the sum of $151,472.00 for repair and repaint of the Cottonwood Road Tank (No. 6) and Columbia Highway Tank (No. 9).

Res. No._________Entering into a contract with Seay, Seay & Litchfield, P.C. for a fee of $542,400.00 to provide design and construction administration services to complete the Renovations and Additions to Rip Hewes Stadium Project, and appropriating funds for said contract.

No._________Amending the agreement with Southeast Health for widening the sidewalk widths at Southeast Health Medical Park Subdivision, as approved by Resolution No. 2020-232 on September 1, 2020, to extend the sidewalk to Brookhill Road, increasing the City’s contribution by $10,686.00, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $83,519.00.

Res. No._________Acquiring and accepting a utility easement from William J. and Brenda J. Smith across Houston County Parcel Number 09-08-28-3-000-002-001 being approximately 0.81 acres, with all appurtenances, as is, for the price of $8,500.00 and future in-kind utility installations including a fire hydrant, three water meters, and three sewer services, and appropriating funds for said easement.
