Ten (10) member Board of Directors with one (1) member being appointed by the governing body of the City of Dothan.
One (1) member shall be the Director of the Dothan Civic Center and one (1) member shall be the Director of Dothan Leisure Services. Except for the automatic incumbency of the Directors of the Dothan Civic Center and the Department of Leisure Services to serve, the term of office of each member shall be for three (3) years not to exceed two (2) consecutive terms or until a successor is named and appointed.
