The Dothan Leisure Services Therapeutic Recreation Program is in need of volunteers to assist with summer camps for intellectually challenged children and adults throughout the summer. Volunteers will assist with arts and crafts, music, recreational games, field trips, and life skills programs. Camps offered include Life Skills cooking (June 17-20, 2013 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Arts and Crafts (July 8-11, 2013 from 10 -11:30 a.m. and Camp Smile (June 24-28, 2013 from 9:30 -11:30 a.m.) If you are interested in volunteering or would like more information please call Angie Lowe at 334-615-4743 or email alowe@dothan.org.
