The 2016 Azalea Dogwood Pageant sponsored by Dothan Leisure Services and the National Peanut Festival was held at the Dothan Opera House on Saturday, March 19th. Fourteen girls in grades 6-12 representing all schools in Dothan/Houston County competed for the three titles.
The Queen, Princess, Maid of Honor and their Courts will preside over the festivities surrounding the Azalea Dogwood Festival. They will lead the entourage of cars around the seven mile Trail on the Sunday March 20, 2016 for the Festival, and then will remain on the lawn at 115 Girard to greet passers-by.
