In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, the City of Dothan will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2017. There will be no pick-up for garbage (automated green cart), recycling, or trash (leaves, limbs, junk, etc) on Monday. Collection for garbage and recycling is rescheduled to Wednesday, January 4, 2017. There is no make-up day for trash.
Normal collections will resume after New Year’s Day. If you have any questions, contact the Environmental Services Division at (334) 615-3820 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please remember to place all garbage, recycling, and trash by the curb prior to 6:00 a.m. on the day of your pick-up. Thank you!
