[ARCHIVED] Garbage, Recycling, and Trash Collection for MLK Holiday

In observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, the City of Dothan offices will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2017. There will be no pick-up for garbage (automated green cart), recycling, or trash (leaves, limbs, junk, etc). Collection for garbage and recycling is rescheduled to Wednesday, January 18th. There is no make-up day for trash.

Normal collections will resume after the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. Please remember to place all garbage, recycling and trash by the curb prior to 6:00a.m. on the day of your pick up. If you have any questions, the Environmental Services Division can be contacted at 615-3820 on Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
